Having served as the Plant Operations and Maintenance Manager at the Evergreen State College since 1990, Michael retired from Evergreen and officially came to CAPSTONE Investment Group in 2020, bringing his vast knowledge of leadership. His deep care for people and strength of management are the perfect ingredients for providing administrative support to the Firm.
Many of the Firm’s clients know Michael from his years at CAPSTONE events, where he served as part of the family and is known for his easy laugh and vibrant smile. He understands all aspects of the Firms business development and overall role in the community as well as passion to care for each client with excellent service.
Like his wife, Sandi, his philosophy is to serve the best interest of the client first and foremost. That same goal comes through to anyone who works with him at Drennon Maintenance and Repair, which he still owns and operates part-time.
Married since 2005, he and Sandi have six adult children and three grandsons, between them. When he’s not on the construction site or at the firm, Michael enjoys time golfing, gardening, camping and traveling. He and his wife both serve on the Missions Council and alongside FCOP International. With frequent travels to Cambodia, their love for children shines through.
